JASMINE MOTAZEDI- FOUNDING and MANAGING PARTNER
Jasmine Motazedi received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. She then moved onto receiving her Juris Doctorate degree from University of San Diego School of Law. After having received her law degree, Jasmine began working as an associate at one California's largest consumer bankruptcy firms. Subsequently, Jasmine expanded her legal expertise by working as a senior associate at a reputable AV-rated civil litigation firm, where she specialized in general civil and business litigation. The combination of her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others led to her decision to combine forces with longtime friend and former colleague, Gerald Koh to form KM Law Group. Jasmine's primary goal in establishing KM Law Group was to finally have the ability to combine her tireless work ethic along with her ambition of making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Admissions:
Jasmine is admitted to practice in all state courts in California. Jasmine is also admitted to practice in all District Courts in California and Western Districts of New York.

GERALD J. KOH- FOUNDING PARTNER
Gerald J. Koh received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of San Diego School of Law. Since receiving his law degree, Gerald has focused his practice on consumer bankruptcy, debt settlements, and offers in compromise. Gerald began his career as an associate at one of California's largest consumer bankruptcy firms. Subsequently, he moved onto becoming the managing attorney for one of the country's largest bankruptcy law firms. After several years of practice, Gerald joined forces with longtime friend and former colleague, Jasmine Motazedi to form KM Law Group. The primary driving force behind Gerald's decision to establish his own practice was to finally have the ability to provide his clients with personalized attention, and more reasonable rates, which would not have been plausible in the traditional "big firm" setting.

Gerald is admitted to practice in all state courts in California. Gerald is also admitted to practice in all District Courts in California.
